PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
A confirmation of purchase will be received on the e-mail registered with the details of the services and/or goods purchased immediately after purchasing.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY
Goods must be collected by client from your booked Furless branch within one month of purchase. Services must be received at any of the Furless branches with a prior confirmed appointment.

NO LIABILITY
Subject to applicable law, in no event shall Furless Permanent or its officers, directors or employees (A) be liable to the user with respect to use of the sites, the content or the materials contained in or accessed through the site (including without limitation any damages caused by or resulting from reliance by a user on any information obtained from VR Beauty Consulting), or any damages that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or email, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission or any failure of performance, whether or not resulting from acts of God, communications failures, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to Furless Permanent’s records, programs or services; and (B) be liable to the user for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, lost profits, loss, theft or corruption of user information, or the inability to use the site or any of their features. The user’s sole remedy is to cease use of the sites.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The intellectual property rights in all software and content made available to you on or through this website remains the property of Furless Permanent or its licensors. You may store, print, and display content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this website nor may you use any such content in connection with any other business, commercial enterprise or third party. You shall be liable to Furless Permanent for any claim, loss or damage arising directly or indirectly as a result or in consequence of your breach of these terms.
PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS
The price of Furless Permanent services and goods are as quoted on the site. As per the Federal Law, all prices are inclusive of 5% VAT, which will be automatically added to the total amount due when you view the items in your shopping basket.
Prices are fixed and non-negotiable. They are also non-refundable, non-transferrable and subject to change without prior notice. Sufficient information about the experience and risks are online on our website.
Payments for all orders must be made by credit or debit card on the checkout page. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards.
You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorize payment for any reason. Please note, it is possible that your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee. We are not responsible for this.

Balances have 6 months validity from the purchase date.

BOOKING POLICY
Emirates ID or Government ID must be presented and copied for internal purposes before receiving treatment. Refusing to this will result in refusal of treatment.
Clients under the age of 21 must attend the consultation with a parent or legal guardian and both shall present a valid government ID
A first-time consultation must take place before receiving treatment, even if you have done electrolysis before.
If you cancel or re-schedule your appointment at least 48 hours before your appointment, you will not be charged.
If you cancel or re-schedule your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the duration of your appointment.
Late-show: If you arrive late to your appointment, you will be charged for the full amount of your booking. If there are no bookings right after you finish your appointment, and we are still during normal opening hours, we will aim to make up for the late time. Should there be another booking after you, we cannot make up for late shows.
No-show: You will be charged for the total amount of time booked.
In order to book treatments that are 1 hour or longer, payment must be done in advance if there is no credit in your account.
There is a minimum charge of 15 minutes per visit. Charges are in 15-minutes increments.
Charges start at the scheduled time, not when the treatment starts.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
You agree that all matters relating to your access to or use of the site, including all disputes, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under the rules of the DIFC-LCIA. Any claim by you must be brought within six (6) months after the cause of action arises, or such claim or cause of action is barred. In the event of any controversy or dispute between Furless Permanent and you arising out of or in connection with your use of the site, the parties shall attempt, promptly and in good faith, to resolve any such dispute. If we are unable to resolve any such dispute within a reasonable time (not to exceed thirty (30) days), then either party may submit such controversy or dispute to mediation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, then the parties shall be free to pursue any right or remedy available to them under applicable law.
Furless Loyalty Program
For every AED 100 spent through purchasing packages, you receive 1 point.
100 point is equivalent to AED 1.
Example: The client purchases a package of AED 6,000, she will receive 60 points, which equals AED 60. She can avail the AED 60 towards the purchase of her next package.
Set out below are the terms and conditions to direct the earning and redemption of the program rewards.
- You can become a member by simply spending AED 3,000 or more at any of our branches.
- You will receive, after every transaction, an email with your loyalty balance and expiry;
- 100 point is equivalent to AED 1
Example: If you purchase a package of AED 6,000 you will receive 60 points, which equals AED 60. You can avail the AED 60 towards the purchase of your next package.
- The balance expiry period is set at 6 months; meaning if you have no activity for 6 months; your cashback balance will expire and will no longer be usable.
- You will accumulate immediate cash back rewards on all qualifying transactions.
- Qualifying transactions are all transactions made at any of our branches; except when they include discounted services.
- Your cash rewards can never be exchanged for cash.
- You will be able to check your full statement of account mentioned on your e-invoices sent to your emails.
- Points are only available on full price standard packages.
- No double discounts. Points are not applicable on corporate discounts, seasonal packages or any promotion.
- Points are not applicable on retail products.
- Points are awarded on purchase of gift vouchers but not on redemption
- We have the right to withdraw, cancel or change the terms of the Program at any time. We will not be liable for any resulting loss or damage. For up-to-date terms and conditions, you should refer to these Terms & Conditions always.
- We are the data controller of any personal information we collect about you and other Members in relation to the Program. We will disclose your personal information to government authorities, if required by law; and to select third party partners that assist with the operation of the Program. We and our partners will use your personal information for the purpose of:
- ensuring the efficient running of the Program, including the accrual and redemption of rewards;
- market research and statistical analysis;
- sending you relevant communication about promotions, offers, services and products.
- The above terms and conditions are governed by the UAE law, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
- We may amend or add to the Terms & Conditions at any time at its discretion.
