ROLE SUMMARY

Help employees and students cultivate their skills and knowledge. Provide complete training to share your expertise in ways that motivate others. Ability to convey a message by a deep knowledge of electrolysis. The goal is to promote efficiency and excellence by developing the skills of Furless employees and students.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

  • Liaise with Managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge about electrolysis, equipment and products.
  • Design effective training programs.
  • Prepare educational material.
  • Monitor and schedule training requests.
  • Conduct training for Furless employees and academy students.
  • Support and mentor new employees and students.
  • Keep attendance and other records.
  • Assist Education Manager with managing training budgets.
  • Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
  • Monitor employees and students’ performances and responses to training.
  • Ensure you read the Standard Operations Manual, have a thorough understanding of and adhere to centre rules and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a beauty trainer.
  • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
  • Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in teaching.
