The Furless Group is a rapidly growing beauty brand that encompasses both Furless Permanent hair removal centre and Furless Beauty Institute, a top tier training institute. Based in the UAE, the group has regional ambitions that drive the pace of the business today. 

About the Role

As Marketing Associate at Furless Permanent, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship with both new and existing clients. You will also be responsible for actively driving customer loyalty, contributing to driving the company’s lead generation targets, developing effective marketing and promotional strategies while reporting to the executive team on Marketing performance. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1 ) Manage social media channels for both brands 

  • Schedule posts on each platform and ensure all post are going up on time 
  • Manage content captioning and work hand in hand with translator to ensure all captions are translated according to brand guidelines 
  • Maintain communication with the call centre to ensure community management and lead management is not missed on either platform. 

2) Content 

  • Create content briefs alongside Marketing manager for campaigns on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and keep content at par with brand expectations and goals
  • Graphics design to support content calendar 
  • Keep stories active for each brand 
  • Assist Marketing manager with on-ground story coverages in all branches 
  • Assist on shoot days. 

3) Influencer management 

  • Keep influencer lists up to date 
  • Assist Marketing manager with influencer marketing (reach out to influencers, barter deals, manage influencer packages and deliverables per collaboration, keep track of influencer personalized codes to ensure lead conversion from influencer collaborations) 

Qualifications: 

  • At least 2 year experience as a Social media account manager (having worked with beauty brands)
  • University/college degree or equivalent is desired 
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and relevant KPIs (e.g. lead generation, customer conversions)
  • Proficient using Canva, with working knowledge of marketing platforms like Hootsuite, Hubspot etc
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills – written and verbal (english is a must, arabic is a plus)
  • Approachable personality, well presented with strong people skills 
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills who is comfortable working in a multinational environment
